Fava Beans (Koukia)
- Cut off ends and destring, slit lengthwise and boil in salted water 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove and drain.
- Saute green onion and dill in 1/2 cup oil.
- Add beans and stir till hot.
- Add water, salt and pepper, then cook till soft.
