I was pleasantly surprised to find this salad when visiting a new Greek restaurant in Oakland CA called ikaros on Grand Ave. Their salad used lemon instead of vinegar and I like this flavor a little better than the vinegar. Great tip on making salad and only dressing what you plan to eat for today, and tossing dressing as you go throughout the week. This salad is also famous from Jewish Delis called “Health Salad”.
